Fair, graduated refunds — you always know exactly where you stand before you pay.
How payment works
To confirm a booking, you prepay the treatment securely through Kanbi. We hold and manage the payment, refunds and any disputes centrally — so everything stays in English, with one point of contact. The service is free for you; clinics pay Kanbi.
Refund schedule
Cancelling & rescheduling
To cancel or reschedule, just message us — we coordinate with the clinic in Japanese on your behalf. You never contact the clinic directly. Rescheduling is free up to [X days] before, subject to availability, and your prepayment carries over.
If the clinic cancels
If a clinic cancels or reschedules on their side, you receive a full 100% refund or a new slot of your choice — whichever you prefer.
Refund timing
Approved refunds return to your original payment method within [5–10 business days], depending on your bank or card provider.
Treatment-specific terms
Some procedures (for example surgery) may carry stricter clinic-specific terms. When that applies, we tell you clearly before you pay — never after.
